The Homestay House have 4 rooms, ( one is permanently occupied) and two toilets, two showers. (Two level home).
We are a Multi cultural group of people living under the same roof, as peolple come from all over the world and have short term or longer term accomodation, according to their needs for visiting New Zealand.
The Nationalities keep changing as courses finish/ visa's expire or other opportunities come up.
Overall we are a happy Bunch, respecting each other's space and privacy. People ususally fit in very easy.

Every person responsible for his own washing, keeping their rooms tidy and clean
(All help with house chores and dishes)
No eating in the bedrooms (leaving dirty dishes there) - crisps or lolly's fine, as long as you keep rubbish tidy.
Heating - only to heat up your room, nil electrical heaters on for a long time/ overnight etc.
Nil shower upstairs after 10PM. (Downstairs fine).
