Hi - Point Chevalier is in a great location - 20 - 30 minutes bus ride to the CBD (7 minutes drive), 5 minutes bus ride to the Unitec (15 mins walk), as well as being close to the Zoo, MOTAT, Western Springs, beaches and parks.

Your room is a large double room with french doors that open on to a private patio, deck and garden. You have your own entrance and exit, as well as a king size bed, desk, fan, heater, walk in wardrobe and own TV. Your room is quiet and perfect for studying or just resting and relaxing. Its very sunny in the mornings and has plenty of storage.

Included as part of the price is: Breakfast and Dinner (Monday to Friday) and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on the weekends as well as snack options. Your room will be cleaned every day (just like a Hotel) and you will enjoy living in a kiwi family environment (Jo - Homestay Mum, 2 children living some of the time in the house and one small dog). Your laundry will be done for you several times a week and power and internet costs are included.

We live a busy life and get out and about a lot, if you would like to join us for walks or experiencing all New Zealand has to offer.

You do need to be a bit self-sufficient and able to make your own breakfast - and lunch options on the weekends - as well as enjoying a wide variety of food. If you like cooking, I also welcome the option of you making meals you may like as well - and I cook a range of Kiwi and international meals.
