We have a beautiful large double room available in our home.
We are a kiwi family of 3 with 2 adorable cats called Zendo and Ziah and a free range chicken called Isla.
The house is in walking distance to Massey University, Albany Village, Albany megacentre and the main Albany bus station is a 10 minute walk.
We live on a rural property with 1 acre of land. We have an orchard full of fruit trees and we are on rain water supply. There are beautiful valley views from the expansive decking and kitchen, gorgeous sunsets, and ample space to plant your own veges in the gardens. The main bathroom is shared with 1 other and includes a bath and separate shower and toilet. Also there is a yoga & meditation studio which you are welcome to enjoy with us!
Lovely country living yet so close to the city.

I stayed at this home stay for 1 month and was blown away by their ability to welcome me into their family!
I instantly felt relaxed and welcomed.
The facilities were kept spotless and clean and I only had to share with 1 other as Taleta & Jason used their own en suite.
They had 2 adorable cats who are super friendly and cuddly, I loved having them in my room at night!
The house in general was fantastic! Rural/country outlook yet a few minutes down the road your smack bang in the heart of Albany.
I can with ease highly recommend this home stay with these lovely people! Next time I am back I will be rebooking!
