Cosy simple quiet house, two minutes walk from the bay, 5 minutes walk from seaside swimming pool. Lovely yard with sea breeze and friendly chickens. You have free run in a shared roomy kitchen, with all cooking facilities and plenty of space in common fridge. Pleasant bathroom with bath, and separate toilet, shared with one householder. Sandgate is a lovely suburb, a breath of fresh air, lovely community, feels a world away from the city but well connected by frequent trains. Sandgate station is just 35 minutes train from Central. House is 15 minutes walk from station, or two minutes walk to bus to/from station. If you want a party house, this home is NOT for you. Quiet friendly vibe. No curfew, come and go as you please, but once home, quiet peaceful vibe expected. Guests cannot bring home guests other than those registered. No drugs or alcohol to be consumed on premises, no intoxicated behaviour on premises. Thanks.
Free use of bicycle with helmet.
Owner will provide car transport when available, for reasonable negotiated extra cost.
Unlimited Wifi is included in price..
The household provides foster care for domestic animals in need so you will likely have a friendly dog or cat or rabbit etc. for company too (in the house and yard, not in your room unless you want them there :) ).
