Welcome to my newly renovated apartment! You'll have a private bedroom to yourself, we'll share the kitchen and bathroom.

I'm a single woman in my 30s who works in an art related field. Work requires me to be away several nights per week, so you'll sometimes have the apartment to yourself. I'm not a big party hound, but do like to go out for the occasional night on the town, and happy to take you with me! Or show you the neighborhood haunts. I work a lot, so that doesn't happen too often. My home is quiet place to rest after a long day in the city, so I'm looking for guests who wish to maintain this lifestyle.

It very easy to get to manhattan from here, with the J/ subway two minutes walk from my apartment. Please note, the J/Z runs nearby the building, so if you're a light sleeper, this should be considered.
