HOUSE RULES HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR STAY IN HUATULCO, AT URBANATURE GUEST HOUSE PLEASE RESPECT SOME SIMPLE RULES: - ADVISE ABOUT ARRIVAL TIME AT HOME, AT LEAST 3 HOURS BEFORE AT PHONE OR WHAPP - PLEASE DO NOT CHECK IN AFTER 21:00 - LEAVE THE ROOM BEFORE 11:00 - IF YOU MISSED THE KEYES DID NOT TRY TO GET INTO THE ROOM DIFFERENTLY JUST WAIT OR CALL - DO NOT INTRODUCE OTHER PEOPLE OR ANIMAL IN THE HOUSE you could ask permission at Simona or me - DO NOT SMOKE, USE ALCHOOL OR DRUGS - USE COMMON SENSE AND BE RESPECTFUL - LEAVE THE ROOM CLEAN - LEAVE THE BATHROOM CLEAN - LEAVE THE KITCHEN CLEAN AFTER USE - USE YOUR CONTAINER FOR YOUR THINGS IN THE FRIDGE - SEPARATE ORGANIC AND INORGANIC TRASH TO AVOID ODORS- USE APROPRIATE CONTAINERS. - FOR EVERYONE SAFETY LOCK DOORS AND GATES - PLEASE CLOSE WATER, LIGHTS, AIR CONDICIONING, FUN AND GAS - do not throw anything in the toilet or down the sink which may block the pipes - leave the keys in the room before check out - keep the television to a comfortable volume for a harmonious coexistence with all - each guest will receive the keys to enter and exit freely from the house - In case of loss or breakage of the keys there is a payment of a penalty of 10Euros. - Before you leave the room, make sure you have not left personal items.

The room that we offer you in our House is Simple, clean and comfortable for one person. The single bed has wooden slats with a soft and comfortable mattress, you have also a large desk for use of lap Top. Our apartment is spacious with two bathrooms and the smallest is available on exclusive guests's use, we have the sleeping area and the living area over 120sqm located in three rooms, a large lounge, kitchen, two terraces and around the condo a nice green space and parking.

This comfortable single or doble room offers comfort and practicality as well as being economical. The bathroom with shower shared with only one other single room. If necessary, it can turn into a double. Our apartment is spacious with two bathrooms and the smallest is made available for exclusive use of guests, we have the sleeping area and the living area of 120 sqm spread over three bedrooms, a large lounge, kitchen, two terraces and around the building a beautiful green space with parking. Near the house passes the Via Francigena and to get to Lucca just a 15 min bike, on foot and 27 minutes by car. From our accommodation you can easily visit Pisa, with a car in 20 minutes and by bus 30min. See you in Lucca in typical style Urabnature !!!
