Near enough to the action in the Municipality of Chapala and Ajijic but far enough for peace and quiet. It is a spacious room that comes with its own bathroom. The room has a large window that gets plenty of sunlight during the day. The guest(s) have full use of the entire apartment which includes ensuite bathroom, second bedroom, a half bathroom down the hall, a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with ensuite brand new Maytag washer and dryer. Guest(s) also have access to a large rooftop patio with stunning views of the lake and mountains behind.
