Enjoy new construction amidst classic Charleston architecture in this gracious 8 bedroom/6 & 1 1/2 bathroom home with hardwoods, porches, six, off-street parking spaces {four, compact car size}, three fully equipped kitchens, three washer/dryers, flat screen TVs, complimentary WiFi and cable along with concierge services. The are three spacious living rooms featuring pull-out sofas, flat screen TVs and stylish luxury. The kitchens are fully equipped with new appliances, and everything needed to dine in or entertain guests for cocktails. The three master bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with king beds, luxury linens and closet. The master baths have luxury towels and hotel toiletries. All other bedrooms feature queen (2) and double/full (3) beds, luxury linens and flat screen TVs. We can accommodate 20 guests. The 8 bedrooms are located in two buildings, not connected. Building B and Building C/D.

Guests can enjoy complimentary concierge services including but not limited to dining recommendations, reservations, event tickets, airport transportation, baby equipment rental, nanny services, bicycle rental, grocery delivery {we charge a 20% fee for this service}, bar stocking, private chefs, and charters.
