Two Rooms available for short term rent in house with two friendly working professionals. Large Double Bedroom is available for short term stay; 1-3 months at €650 per month (or 250 per week for shorter stays 1-4 weeks). Both rooms are available October to December with some flexibility on length of stay.

Our Home is located in Hunterswood, a quiet estate at the base of the Dublin mountains, a 20 minute drive to the city centre and right beside 2 very regular bus routes (15, 15b; every 10mins, around 40mins to city centre). Lidl is 2 minutes walk away and we are 10 minutes walk from Woodstown shopping centre. Public transport is also available to Tallaght.

Large Double Bedroom is a large bright south west facing double room (3.3m x 4.4m, total 14.5m2) with built in wardrobes on the second floor of a three story house. Large bathroom (shower/bath/toilet) will be shared with tenants of both rooms. Bedding, Extra furniture (table, drawers) can be provided.

The house has recently been extended/renovated with a large kitchen and open plan living/dining area. The garden is a work in progress...

Use of kitchen, washing machine, wifi/mod-cons and utilities included in price.
