My unit is seven minutes walk into Surfers Paradise. Its on Chevron Island which has a trendy little boutique village with restaurants and cafes. Its a beautiful space so close to the city, but nice and quiet. The unit is one bedroom, bathroom, and fully contained kitchen. You can use a community laundry in the building for free. There is a carport space. It has everything you will need. Its sunny and neat and clean with a happy vibe. There is also a private little sunny balcony under the palm trees.
