1. Show your passport with valid entry/ exit visa at the front desk ( identify card if the Vietnamese) 2. Do not bring into homestayL weapons, explosives, inflammable or nasty things. 3. Homestay is only responsible for your precious things or money which is deposited and given a receipt by receptionist. In any other cases, we will not be responsible 4. Do not change room, take more person in your room and bring equipments from this room to others. Guests have to compensate for damaged or lost things at the market price 5. Throw trash into the wastebasket according to regulations. 6. To be safe, please withdraw electric card, close all the windows, lock the shower and put your room key at the reception before going out. 7. Check-in time is 12:00 and check-out time is 12:00 everyday, past the fixed hours please pay more as follows : - 1 to 6 hours : 30% room charge - 6 to 10 hours : 50% room charge - Up 10 hours ( overnight) : 100% room charge 8. Do not allow to use the room for: storing or trading the drugs or prostitution, concealing the criminal and the other action of breaking the law. 9. Homestay don't allow pets. And no smoking indoors, we have the private smoking area.
