Music and singing in your own room is fine, if not too loud, but not after 10pm at night and not before 7am in the morning. No pets. I have one friendly dog whom you will love and will love you!
Cleaning up after yourself is expected and keeping yourself occupied while I am busy working or with clients.
Learning how to use the public transport, and own shopping is easy as we are close by many shops and buses.

My home is situated on a quiet, safe, dead-end street in Hope Island. It is a gated community with pool, gym, sauna and spa and beautifully manicured gardens. It is a quiet family secure complex.
Our home is at the end of Sanctuary Cove, which has marina, shops, restaurants, supermarket and many cafes. This is 10 mins by bike and about 20 mins walk from my home.
The other direction is Hope Island Marina Shops and Bus stop. This is a 5-7 min walk from the house. There is a ladies bike with helmet and basket available for your use at any time. :-)
From the bus stop there you can reach Helensvale Rail/Tram station which gives you access to all the coastal suburbs including Tafe Colleges, Hospitals, Griffith University, Southport and Surfers Paradise.
The main tram from Helensvale goes all the way to Broadbeach and also the Gold Coast Airport.
