I am very respectful with my tenants and I can recomend you some places to visit if you need.
I wok and study.My flat is the third floor without elevator. It is a beautiful building with balcons.
The room I rent is an interior room (without Windows, but have a ventilation conect to the living room) but very comfortable, you can use the living room whenever you want.
