Welcome to our family. I have been a guardian and had home stay students since 2002 from all over the world including high school students who stay long term. I’m a qualified teacher and live in a detached unit in Armadale, Melbourne Victoria. I live 2 minutes away from Armadale train station which is only 10 minutes away from the city. I’m also opposite bus 605 that goes to the city and very close walking distance to many tram lines (including High St and Glenferrie Rd) and a 4 minute walk from high street shopping street. There is good access to many of the private schools nearby as well as Universities.
I’m located in an excellent area and have rooms for single or twin share. All the rooms are fully furnished and there is access to wireless internet.
The rental is $325 per week. The fee includes all bills, WiFi Internet and Meals. If you are under 18 yrs old then an extra $25 p.w. is added. I have a "Working With Children Permit" which allows me to house students under 18 yrs old.

I had a lovely time staying at Sima's place for around 1.5 years. The location is amazing and close to all forms of public transport as well as being close to the city, 10-15 minutes and major universities are nearby too. The area is very safe and quiet and there are many cafe's and boutique stores around as well as gyms and swimming facilities.
Sima was very hospitable and helped me out wherever she could to make me feel welcome.
