Two storeys, one first-class Village-edge address and a plus-sized courtyard ...I have a unique 1960s townhouse in a group of 8, this upgraded two bedroom, two-storey townhouse is an oasis within seconds of an easy CBD commute! Maximising a wide westerly aspect with central French doors and tall windows on two levels, this serene sanctuary has an all-white kitchen, a quality bathroom, polished boards and reverse-cycle heating/air-conditioning for every room. I have a beautiful, very well behaved Border Collie who is 5 years old. She likes to sit on the deck and watch life go by. Very friendly with everyone.

I am single and I enjoy being at home, but am always out and about with my dog too, so as much as I'm home, you will get your own space at times also. I am in bed early most nights and up early doing things with friends, breakfast, walks etc.

I would prefer single females, however can take couples shorter term (like 1 week at a time).

*Please note, this is my home which is currently being rented out, and I am going to be moving back in however I am not sure when exactly. Hopefully in the next few months. If you would be interested in sharing with me longer term please do make contact as I can then move in sooner. I have put available from now, however it depends when I move back in, I just wanted to see if there was any interest, so we can talk and keep in touch to see if dates work as I may be back in as soon as October.
It depends when my tenants can find a new home, as I want to make sure they get something they like and not kick them out before that :) as they have been very good to me.
