Situated on a lake, my townhome is located in a very tranquil, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet very close to major shopping and attractions. I am just 5 minutes from I95 and 45 minutes from the Orlando airport. The Melbourne airport is also very close, about 20 minutes away. This area is noted for its many outdoor activities, i.e., kayaking, hiking, biking, river cruises etc. You will enjoy having morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the lake, or perhaps an evening cocktail watching the sunset! The beach is only 15 minutes away by car. It is in a very safe gated community as well.
