I have been here many times, and love the peace and quiet . The wildlife is amazing - deer are nearly tame, and there are always dogs ready for a cuddle and a play. If you want posh hotel accommodation, this isn't for you, but a warm friendly Irish welcome, and lots of contact with animals and people. The nearby village of Roundwood is great for pubs and restaurants, and there is a bus stop for travel into Dublin. I can highly recommend Peg, and Wicklow Equestrian.
