This house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with lots of FREE street parking. Walking distance to shops, ATMs, the gym & park, laundromat, major supermarket, restaurants, local buses & express buses to NYC. A 20-minutes bus-ride to the FREE 25-minute ferry to Manhattan.
The S44 Bus stop is 3 minutes from the house. It takes 30 minutes to the Staten Island Ferry on the S44. It takes 30 minutes to the Staten Island Mall. The X10/X30 is 10 minutes away from the house. Well anything else you like to know, hit me up......................
