this house has three bedrooms I am a retired nurse and my husband works full time in IT. Other than that you would be sharing with Clarence the dog, a friendly border collie and Buffy an aloof cat you probably wouldn't know was there. We have a large deck for entertaining with a spa pool which you are welcome to use. I enjoy cooking and if you wanted meals that would be no problem. Public transport is very good with a good bus service and the train station literally 3mins walk away so getting around Wellington is easy. We would prefer a long term lodger preferably a student but would consider more short stay.
