Comfortable house located at Sunset in a beautiful and safe area 10 minutes to Vancouver City and airport (we can pick you up from the airport!). Our home is cozy and has new floors, new kitchen and bathroom.

-Bus stop half a block from our home to Main St.
- 15 min walk to Marine Drive station Canada Line of Metro Vancouver's SkyTrain rapid transit system
- Oakridge Mall, restaurants and shops nearby.

Two rooms available from April 2019. Rooms can have One guest or set up as Twin Room for two people. 20 minutes to UBC. It has one block access to: Fraser and Main St. 10 minutes from Langara College and 15 minutes from Downtown by bus, the bus stop is half a block from our home.

SCHOOLS CLOSE BY: Langara College, Sprott Shaw College, Richmond Campus, Emily Carr, UBC.

COST FOR SINGLE PLACEMENT : $1,200 per A student (month) with meals (1-3) or no meals.

Age: Preferred 16+
Period of Stay: School Season Min 3 Months
Short term student only accepted in Summer Season

Minimum stay is 3 months up to maximum of 1 year or more.

The Cost Includes:

1-3 Meals or No Meal per a day (optional).
