Our house has nice garden and 3minute-walk to bus stop(35,33,34..) and convenient to go to downtown in 30', Red River College 40'... Utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry included. We go shopping every week and will be pleased to drive you to big Shopping Mall like Super Store, WallMart or Asia Market...*Preferable a female and could be long term or short term.
