We are very quiet and respectful of the flat's environment. We do not allow pets for there is a little dog in the flat already. Guests are not allow. Though there is a cleaning service included we colive on a wash-as-you-go policy which means "leave it as you found it" just to keep the daily order.

Our flat is situated just 3 min away from Plaza Espanya which includes: metro, train and bus connection wherever yo want or need to go. At Plaza Espanya we find the Magic Fountain, the Montjuic Parcs, Museums and FIRA Exposition Centre (World Mobile Congress, etc.). The nearest metro station is just round the corner and the station is ROCAFORT at L1. You can actually walk 15 min to Plaza Catalunya (Barcelona City Centre, Ramblas, etc.). Just 6 stops to the Beach. Arenas Shopping Centre, all supermarkets, 24 hours supermarket in the area (2 min walk).
