We are Christina and Chris, a 32 and 34 young married couple with a 7 month old daughter.

We have 5 years experience Hosting, Teaching and accommodating many children and adults from all over the world. A few examples would be Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Poland, Spain, China, Brazil, Italy, France and many more.

We have 1 double bedroom available for 1 or 2 guests who seek an affordable room to stay in whilst visiting or studying in Cambridge.

As I am a qualified teacher I can also offer tuition in English. I am signed up with several International Colleges in the area and accept Hosting and Teaching bookings during the UK school holidays.

We live in Central Cambridge on one of the most cosmopolitan streets in the city, once voted as one of the best urban places to live! It has many independent shops as well as supermarkets and lovely pubs. It is 10 minutes walk from the historic city centre and it's beautiful sites and the River Cam where you can go punting and see the backs of the colleges.

We live in a terraced house directly on the main road. The bedroom we have available is at the back of the house so it is very quiet indeed! The room itself has a double 'pull up' storage bed, in built large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, lamp, mirror, TV and garden facing window. It is adjacent to our large newly fitted bathroom with large bathtub and integrated shower.

Downstairs we have a lounge with Virgin cable TV as well as a 3rd bedroom.

Our front door is set back from the road a little and we have a nice garden at the back with BBQ, garden furniture, grass, patio and a back entrance alleyway so you can hire a bicycle should you wish.

Our kitchen is a nice size. We all like to cook and on a nice day sit in the garden to eat together. We have a washing machine and all the usual kitchen utensils. We would be providing your breakfast and if you would like also your evening meal. Of course you can use the kitchen yourself too!

So if you don't mind having a little baby around and a lovely cat called Nacho then come to Cambridge and we will be happy to welcome you into our home.

Please note: After payment of deposit to homestay.com we kindly ask for either 50% or 100% of the final balance (depending on length of stay) soon after via payal or bank transfer. You are entitled to a full refund of any payments made to us if you cancel 7 days before arriving.
