Our delight to welcoming travelers to living in local flavours - an eat, experience and stay local experiences.
Great for people visiting out of tourist off grit areas as a place for you to immense with nature as a traveler @ Baht 500 per pax before Vat. We are in a self sufficient unit district at the fringe of the city belt with public transport available at the Arcade. The bustling crowd or people watching is just 650m away. All the bicycling adventures you need to satisfy your exploratory genes for natural sites like Wiang Khun Kam, around the Mae Ping River, Dhara Dhevi or the nearby mountain ranges covered with nature’s best experiences.
Lots of local and ethnic flavours living amongst considerate and respectful locals and experience their daily practices to feed and satisfy your travellers’ subconscious enquiring minds. You will be sharing local as well with your presence. Writers, nature lovers, bird watchers, creative persons, adventurists may like dwelling in the property’s sanctuary of plant collections.
Nice jogging tracks and a minute to a cyclist highway haven. We are just 5 minutes clear drive from the airport with the landing stripe opposite our location with a distance view of flight glides.

Transport from airport and city using public pink loaf air-conditioned van #10 and white bus #B2 all stopping at Big C Mae Hia bus stop. Song theaws red and white also plies along this route from and into moat.

Nearest highway is ring road 1/700 Pii road in a minute which lines Windmill, an action movie themed restaurant, opposite them is Good view village and surrounding our main district early morning market to late night street food. Nearest us are our night street food market and two odd days weekly tribal market. Macdonald, Night Bazaars, KFC, Swensen, Black Canyon coffee, street cafes and banking conveniences are within walking distance at Big C arcade. 7 eleven is but reachable in 2 mins walk. Street food are mere steps away with a homely Japanese restaurant and steak house nearby.. Rich photoshoot sites such as the Ratchaphruek Royal Garden, the Night Safari Park, Paintball, Go-karting and the further distances of Promenada mall & Central Festivals shopping centres with craftworks establishments are along its passages travel experiencing conscious. Enroute to Wiang Khum Kun (the sunk city which was excavated), Doi Kham and Samoeng (Chiang Mai Grand Canyon), Dhara Dhevi, craft villages, Mae Wang the elephant experiences, Jom Thong, Mae Klang, Thirathan, Sirithan, Mae Ya waterfalls, Doi Ithanon, Huey Khiaw waterfalls, Nimmanhaemin also Doi Suthep and Mon Jam, Doi Pui. We are not too far a distance from the bus Arcade 3, the hot springs in Sankam Paeng & Mae Onn & much more.
