Our home, a modernised Edwardian house with a contemporary interior and a pretty, sunny garden is located in a quiet and very friendly street in Tooting, South London but within a few minutes walk of shops, bars and restaurants and public transport.

Tooting is a vibrant up-and-coming, multicultural part of London increasingly popular with young professionals and families. In recent years it has become known as one of London's cool areas with a wide range of bars, cafes and restaurants.

Although our house is less than 5 minutes walk from the very busy high streets of Tooting, it is located in a quiet, safe and friendly street.

The high street has an interesting market as well as lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

There is also the lovely public park 'Tooting Common', perfect if you want to go jogging or just take a walk.
Also on Tooting Common is the Tooting Bec Lido, the UK's largest outdoor swimming pool ( but not the warmest!)

The nearest underground station is a 5 minute walk from our house. From there, the Northern Line takes you to the South Bank in 25 minutes or to the West End in 30 minutes.
