Exceptionally spacious and bright with stunning skylight atrium over dining room, Chef kitchen, XL specious rooms, central air, top of the line appliances, full of art and character Dream Home! Great for families and groups of friends! The Space: The Triplex itself is spectacular - the design is striking and the glass atriums and the floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere ensure the house is bathed in light during the day. The master suite has a king sized bed, private on-suite bathroom. The second master bedroom is equally spacious and have a Queen Size bed. The third room has also Queen Size bed. The living room is full of light from the astonishing huge windows and Skylight. Dining room table that seats 8 comfortably (can seat more if needed) where you will also find a gorgeous book library with books about stunning the Lower East. The CHEF Kitchen has top of the line appliances including a brand new 6 burner stove. Work desk stations throughout. The house is cooled with central air. In the Winter you can cozy up in front of the central heat throughout. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. You are welcome to host but full events or photo shoots are not allowed!! Guest Access: THe apartment can be accessed by Smartlock with App access (and by entering the code manually) to the main floor entrance and key entrance to the lower and top floor. The Neighborhood: The eclectic Lower East Side is where gritty alleys and tenement-style buildings mix with upscale apartments and chic boutiques. Nighttime draws hip, young crowds to the area's trendy bars, music venues and restaurants. The neighborhood's heritage lives on through the Streets of the Lower East Side Museum, stores, as well as traditional delis such as Katz's and Russ & Daughters and much much more!
