BestStay Bed and Breakfast will offer rooms for rent for over 55 individuals and couples. This is a long-term bed and breakfast providing services to over 55 individuals and couples. The minimum stay for this property is 4 months. This is not an assisted living facility and not an Adult Family Care Home and all adults over 55 must either have a clinical assessment that they are able to live independently or sign an affidavit to that effect.

Included is TV, cable, wifi, in a comfortable pool home. Includes washer and dryer, once per week cleaning and laundry services, Transportation available and access to local medical facilities. Only 5 bedrooms will be available so you must act fast to reserve a room.

This home is in a great neighborhood in the Town Center East community. This special home will include safety features and all rooms are wheelchair accessible. It planned to available for rent by November 1. Since we are a Bed and Breakfast, your rent covers free breakfast and dinner every day. You can reserve it for up to 10 days with a $500 holding fee which will be applied to your security deposit. This is a non-smoking environment.
