Located in Nepean, Barrhaven area of Ottawa. Our home is non-smoking and pet free.
The rooms are lovely. I do not provide meals. Fully furnished rooms with all utilities, internet with use of laundry machine and washer included.You will buy your own laundry supply and other household items.I have hosted lots of International students over the years and have enjoyed it. Shared common areas: dinning room, kitchen. I keep a clean tidy home and expect the same. Please turn your lights of at bedtime and when it is not in use. Use water wisely as water in Canada is metered measured.
You will enjoy your stay in our lovely peaceful home.

Please turn lights off at bed time and at anytime when it is not in use. There's a laundry basket in every room please place your laundry in the basket. You could wash for free. Please do your best and use water wisely. Water is metered measured here in Canada. Electricity is paid per kilo watts. Keep the house clean as much as you can and put things back where you found it. I will appreciate it a lot. The home is non-smoking and pet free home please respect it. You will buy your own laundry supplies. I will provide you with free use of washer and dryer.
