Our home is located in the center of Paris, in a nice and alive neighborhood with all facilities (cinemas, restaurants, theaters, bars and clubs, supermarkets, bakeries...), with many lines of metro (N°2, N°3, N°13, N°14) and bus ( 30, 54, 68, 74, 80, 81, 95)...
It's a mid-high level area, haussmannian style building. Our home is located in a small private street, very quiet, just at the beside of a theater (Theatre de l'Oeuvre). Our building, call in France "Hotel Particulier" ("Mansion" in English was built in 1905 by the our grand-grand father) and is in perfect condition.
Opera is 15 mn walking and Montmartre 10mn.

This is a lovely flat in Paris. The location is great and has everything you need very near by including a metro station (there is a great boulangerie patisserie across the street, lots of restaurants with different cuisines along the road too, as well hairdressers, nail bars etc. The family is very hospitable and the flat feels very safe and is in a safe area as well.
