We live here (my husband and I) and enjoy the best neighborhood of Paris.
Please note Paris is not car friendly, it is a place you will enjoy discovering by walking, city bike or metro. Everything is close/walking or metro distance.
The building has all types of inhabitants, young, families, less young. Therefore parties are ok as long as it is not too late and not everyday (not after 11pm/midnight) and non-smoking. Please de not invite people over.
We are allergic to dogs and cat so we do not allow pets.

Our place is situated in the center-east of Paris (11th district, nearby Le Marais, Bastille, Republique, Canal Saint Martin, etc.).

Ideal place to stay for the Olympics or to discover Paris!
Our place is situated in the center-east of Paris (11th district, nearby Le Marais, Bastille, Republique, Canal Saint Martin, etc.).
You can walk everywhere in Paris from here, center is 10-15min walk. Otherwise, the neighborhood is perfectly connected: metro lines (2-3-5-8-9-11), bus stations, city bikes.
The apartment is fully furnished, with a room and living room (2 double beds, one in each), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (dish washer, coffee maker, washing machine, wifi, TV, etc.).
The street has bakeries, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. It is the trendiest neighborhood in Paris currently so all the nice bars and restaurants are walking distance and the tourists attractions are close by metro (that is 3 min walking from the apartment).
