Beautiful Himalayan bird like Himalyan Bulbul, Kingfishers, Peacocks and Spotted Forktails are the frequent visitors in this vicinity. You need not to set morning alarms here as the pleasing sound of chirping birds is going to start your lovely day. Just open your window and absorb the positive energy of rising sun from your own living room.

Jollygrant, International airport Dehradun is 21 km which is only 37 minutes drive from here. Patanjali Yoga Centre, Rishikesh is just 250 meters from this place. Laxman Jhula and Holy Ganges is at the near distance of 1Km. Most of the popular cafes and restaurants like Tattv cafe, Little Buddha cafe,The Ganga View cafe, Tavola con Te-Italian restaurant and many more eating outlets are there within the walking distance. All major tourist attractions like TriveniGhat, Ram Jhula, ParmarthNiketan Ashram, Beatles Ashram, Swargashram, Kunjapuri Devi Temple, VashishtaGufa, Neergarh Water Fall etc. are easily approachable within the distance of only 15 to 20 minutes’ drive.
