We live in a luxury semi-detached villa located in a quiet residential seafront area between St. Julians and Pembroke. Our home is a few meters aways from a minimarket perfect for your daily shopping and just 5 minutes walking from St. George’s Bay sandy beach and the nightlife hub of Malta which is Paceville, a touristical area where you can find cinemas, bowling centre, hotels, takeaways and restaurants.

We are surrounded by English language schools, so you can go to most of them on foot, but even better, I’m a certified English teacher with 8 years of experience, so if you need to improve your language skills you can join my lessons with a really affordable price. Lessons are held at home so we you don’t waste your time at all.

We have 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in use for our tenants. WIFI is provided, also cable TV and two really nice relaxing areas with amazing seaviews or confortable hamacas to sunbath.

The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the house and we speak English, Italian and Spanish
