Our home is situated around the north of downtown. It is about 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bus to Santana subway (tube) station. There are many buses around the corner from our house shich 3 minutes walking distance. There are trail around tress for walking or running, or just walk with pet or bike lane, on the corner too.
In my condominium there are swimming pool , barbacue /pizza area, soccer court (block), bike area, gym area, party area with all security. There is a Shopping Mall 10 minutes on foot. On the corner there are several pubs, restaurants and others.
