Welcome! Large eclectic artistic style home with the biggest private saltwater solar heated pool in Beacon Hill. Every bedroom has a double bed, and we also have 2 twin share rooms. Large room with very comfortable queen size bed, fitted with full length mirrors wardrobe and draws for storing your luggage. Linen and towels included. Tv Large shared bathroom with shower, toilet and drawers for storing your bathroom items. Couples or friends sharing are welcome: the overnight rate is per person. Guest bathroom is a large shared bathroom with a lock on the door. There are 3 bathrooms / toilets in the house total. We allow small fridge space for our guests. Prepared dinner most nights included in the price + available on request. Meet our other guests and enjoy the conversation. We provide a real fire in winter, a huge pool for summer swimming. Uniquely we offer a freshly prepared dinner around the family table when required. Location The house is located 22km north of Sydney CBD in a preserved parkland bush area, with many beautiful native birds. Also, only a short trip by bus or car to the beach. Sydney's best surf beaches are within a five to ten minute drive! Beacon hill is a safe family orientated neighbourhood. Mc.Donalds & small convenience store are 5 minutes walk away from our home. Westfield Warringah Mall with 300+ shops / cinema / food outlets is 20 minutes walk, or 20 minutes by bus. Transport Express buses travel to Sydney CBD throughout the day (50 mins) Chatswood (35 minutes) and to Manly Beach regularly (30 minutes), and are only five to ten minutes walk from our front door. We are also conveniently located 20 minutes walk from the area's largest shopping centre 'Warringah Mall'. 50 minutes by bus (L90) to Palm Beach. We can organise a door to door pick up / transfer from the airport with our local shuttle bus. Costs around $45 per person (please organise with Marianne once your flights are booked). Taxi would cost around $75 from the airport. About Us We are relaxed, friendly and have enjoyed hosting many people from many cultures and countries. We enjoy meeting new people, and cooking a freshly made dinner for our guests every night if required & encourage our guests to chat about their daily experiences over dinner. We like to try point our guests in the right direction, so that they have a many good experiences in Sydney. We have a wealth of information about our area, and events in Sydney. We can organise a door to door pick up / transfer from the airport with our local shuttle bus. Costs around $55 for 1 person / $65 for 2 people Taxi would cost around $120 from the airport. We also have 2 active dogs. House not suitable for young children or babies, as we prefer guests over 18 years old. We have current police check clearance certificate & Marianne has a first aid certificate. WIFI available $15 per week Key deposit: A $50 key deposit is required on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay.

We appreciate that many people are in Australia to enjoy Sydney,culture and English language. We expect that people would speak English in communal areas.
We offer a typical Australian home stay experience where people of many cultures interact and help each other.
We offer a pleasant home stay , where we serve dinner around the dinner table, or in the kitchen almost every evening, if required.
Light self serve breakfast is included.
Lunch, or takeaway picnic lunch is NOT included.
There are local supermarkets, McDonalds & cafes within 2km walking distance.
As it is home stay we expect help with simple duties like drying dishes or dishwasher.
Be respectful of our home, other guests , pets, and waste recycling .

7泊だけの?在でしたが、Marianne とMartin はとてもよくしてくれて、このステイ先を選んで良かったと思います。2人はとても?さくで親切です。日本にも2度訪れたことがあるようで、日本のことにも興味を持って話を聞いてくれました。
Marianne が作る料理は本?に美味しかったですし、Martin はシドニ?のおすすめスポットやブル?マウンテンのこと、アクセス方法などをとても丁寧に?えてくれます。とにかく2人はゲストに不自由がないか、いつも?遣ってくれました。
私の他に、2人の中?人の高校生がステイしていましたが、彼らと話をするのも面白かったです。
MarianneとMartin のおかげで、とても素敵なシドニ?旅行になりました。またいつか2人に?いたいと思います。

j ai passe 5 super journees et nuits chez M&M la maison est magnifique ,la chambre est grande spacieuse et le lit est top que dire de la piscine bien agreable apres une journee de visite ou de plage.!!!!!pour le petit dej kf the cereale toast confiture sont a disposition(c est super kool) pour 10$ marianne ou martin se transforment en cordon bleu pour vous preparez un diner toujour (URL HIDDEN) diners se prennent avec les autres locotaires ce qui est tres sympas. maintenant parlons un peu de M&M: ils sont HYPER KOOL toujour pret a vous aider que se soit pour pour un renseignement pour une demarche pour une machine pour faire une ballade en foret avec les chiens . ils adorent prendrent l apero au bord de la piscine la class a VEGAS un un mots ils sont d une gentillesse incroyable et vous font sentir chez eux comme chez vous une super experience a 25 minutes de manly et 45 mn de sydney en bus pour finir calme luxe et volupte (faite une carresse au petit monstre noir pour moi)

I loved staying with Marianne and Martin. They were wonderful hosts and made me feel very welcome from the first minute. Lovely area, trees and birds everywhere. The food was great and the atmosphere so relaxed. The enormous pool and spa are a treat. Great stay and highly recommended. And not to forget two lovely dogs as well.

Marianne and Martin are a lovely, artistic, free-spirited couple. They have a large airy house, with a beautiful oasis of a garden around a large sparkling pool. The house is filled with joie de vivre, students, friends and eclectic art works. The multiple rooms allow for privacy or company, my personal favourite is the pool bar. The location is convenient for buses to the city or to the surf, and is close to the major shopping hub on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Marianne and Martin are a fantastic, easy, hospitable and entertaining couple. In their warm and happy house, you always feel welcome and beautifully taken care of. They love to cook, so their kitchen, dining room and their pool bar are the hubs of their house (clearly in the summer months their lovely pool is a very popular spot, and gets loads of use). They have a big airy house with many rooms for relaxing in and spending time with the many other people who seem to gravitate to their home. Both of them have great artistic flair, and there is much evidence of this on their walls which is enhanced by the fabulous pieces they've collected on their travels. They often have people from different parts of the world staying in their home which adds to the fun & flavour of visiting them. They as a couple are respectful of people's need for privacy too, so you can always be assured of a tremendous choices between quiet private spaces or happy, harmonious and entertaining times with these fabulous people. They are close to transport for easy reach of both Sydneys northern beaches or the hustle and bustle of the city. A good location for a good time all round!
