common sense really keep your own room tidy and clean and clean up in kitchen if you use it i.e plates, cups, etc

Our home is situated right by the Town of Walsall 10 minutes walk, also only 5 minutes to nearest bus stop for Birmingham City Centre, if you cant be bothered to go by bus to Birmingham there are great shops and cheap in Walsall :) We also live a 10 minute walk to the train station and main bus station so you can easily travel around the West Midlands.

I don't normally write a review. but sometimes i have to. Marie and George were way above our expectations, they were extremely helpful and tried their best to accommodate our needs. I felt really like home. Marie had done things that she shouldn't really have to. she walked me around 1st day and showed me the area. her house is not that modern and perfect house but she made it the best. it is all about who you live with. the location was not that bad. town centre is about 10-15 mins walk. bus stop is less than 5 mins walk. church and mosque are just on the corner (if you're religious person). All in all, I recommend Marie&George for everyone who wants helpful and friendly host within reachable budget.
By the way, Marie makes very delicious dishes (so do not miss out)
